Welcome to the Rutland Park Community Association website!

The neighborhood of Rutland Park is a well-kept secret. This small but growing inner city community is tucked in between Crowchild Trail and 37th Street in the southwest quadrant of Calgary. Its boundaries include CFB West, Lincoln Park, and Richmond Green Golf Course. Redevelopment of the old CFB lands by Canada Lands is pending which will expand this neighborhood and its amenities.

Developed in 1952, Rutland Park is an older community with streets that are lined with lovely mature trees. It offers predominantly single-family homes on large, well-spaced lots. Conveniently located close to shopping and recreation, this community also has a public elementary school (K - 6) and an active community association. Check us out!
